1. Familiarizing Yourself with Facility Automation
Read the information above to get a good overview of our space automation offerings.
2. Defining and Sending a Request for Quotation
Fill out the request for quotation (RFQ) form, specifying the scope of your request and the aspects of the space you want to automate. The form also includes other necessary details for preparing a quote.
3. Preliminary Quotation Calculation and Submission
Based on the received information, we will prepare a preliminary quotation and send it to the requester via email or through the Edico program.
4. Negotiating the Quotation with the Customer
After sending the quotation, we will contact the customer to ensure that both parties have the same understanding of the offer and its content. Any necessary adjustments will be made. In some cases, an on-site visit by our expert may be required to finalize the quotation.
Following discussions and potential modifications, we will send the final quotation to the customer.
The customer can confirm the order by signing the order section attached to the quotation and sending it to us before the quotation’s expiration date.
We will send an order confirmation to the customer shortly after receiving the order.
8. Initiating Facility Automation Delivery
The delivery process, as specified in the quotation and order, will begin after order confirmation and will be completed once the customer has approved the final delivery.
Invoices will be issued according to the agreed schedule and terms stated in the quotation and order.
The customer must pay invoices by the due date, thereby also confirming acceptance of the corresponding delivery.
Approximately one year after delivery, we will send a follow-up survey to gather feedback on system performance. We encourage customers to respond and provide any improvement suggestions.
